About us

CHIA YIT NURSERY was established in 1987, on the 1st of April. We began the business b y establishing a flower nursery at Sg Buloh with the aim of propagating plants and trees. We began venturing into landscaping business in the early 90s when the economy was experiencing boom period in property in the form of more residential, industrial and golf courses.

KC LANDSCAPE SERVICES was established in 1995, on the 30th of October. It was set u p with the alternative of providing landscape consultancy, contractual and creative landscape obligations. In the recent years, we have diversified into retailing and wholesaling of pottery, water feature pots, garden accessories and ornaments from China.

FUTURE BUSINESS ENDEAVOURS

Currently, we are occupying the stretch of Bt 11, Sg Buloh with the tenancy agreement with KTM Bhd. We have also enter into a new tenancy agreement with PERBADANAN KEMAJUAN PERTANIAN SELANGOR to operate our business along KM 22, Jln Sungai Buloh, Shah Alam since 2000. We are currently holding talks with management of Giant Hypermarket, Tesco and Carrefour to rent spaces outside their premises to operate our retailing business. We are also in the midst of importing out garden ornaments from our China counterparts and the goods are suppose to arrive sometime at the end of July barring no new diseases and imminent wars. We are also looking forward to purchase a shoplot unit in Damansara Damai to retail our China products and for storage purposes.
